Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Ranvir Salaria has started a new role as HR COE Leader (Tata Motors Digital.AI Labs & Tata Motors Global Services Ltd) at Tata Motors. In this capacity, Ranvir will be responsible for steering the HR Centre of Excellence across the company’s digital innovation arm and its global services operations, with a focus on shaping future-ready talent strategies and driving HR transformation.
Prior to this appointment, Ranvir served as an HR Leader at Tata Motors, where he made significant contributions over nearly three years, particularly in advancing people practices and organizational development. He also led talent acquisition for the Electric Vehicle, R&D CV & PV segments—covering executive, lateral, and campus hiring—where his efforts were integral to Tata Motors’ ambitious growth in next-generation mobility solutions.
Before joining Tata Motors, Ranvir was National Talent Acquisition Leader for six business units at PwC India, where he managed high-volume hiring and talent projects at scale. His earlier experience includes key roles at Deloitte India as Regional Talent Acquisition and Shared Services Leader, and strategic recruitment positions at Birlasoft, Fujitsu Consulting, KPIT Cummins Infosystems, and Growel Softech Ltd, building a strong foundation in IT and professional services talent acquisition.
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Ranvir is known for his expertise in talent strategy, team leadership, and organizational effectiveness. His journey reflects a deep understanding of both global and India-focused talent landscapes, making him well-equipped to lead Tata Motors’ HR transformation in this new digital era.
