Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Raquel De Navarro Menezes has taken on a new role as Associate Director – Human Resources, Corporate Functions at JioStar, where she will lead strategic HR partnering for key corporate units and support the company’s rapidly expanding media and entertainment ecosystem. In this position, she continues her growth journey within the organization after an impactful tenure as Manager – HRBP, bringing a strong capability in driving people strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational development.

Immediately prior to her promotion, Raquel spent one year as Manager – HRBP at JioStar, where she acted as a strategic HR partner to critical corporate teams including Legal & Regulatory, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Facilities & Events. Her contributions included strengthening talent processes, enabling leadership responsiveness, and aligning HR outcomes with evolving business needs in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

Before joining JioStar, Raquel built significant experience during more than two years at The Walt Disney Company. She served as Manager – HRBP and earlier as Assistant Manager – HRBP, supporting international corporate teams across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Global Security, Controllership, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (APAC & SEA), Management Audit, and Treasury. She played a key role in partnering with global leadership, designing talent initiatives, and enabling high-impact engagement across complex and multicultural business structures.

Raquel’s earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Schneider Electric, Sony Pictures Networks India, and Mahindra & Mahindra, where she worked extensively in HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent development, performance culture building, HR digitization, and diversity initiatives. She also contributed to St. Xavier’s College as a Board of Studies Member, and earlier held roles with BCG, Reliance Brands Limited, and others, strengthening her understanding of HR, analytics, and stakeholder management across industries. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Across her career, Raquel has contributed to workforce transformation, digital HR initiatives, culture building, leadership alignment, content-team creativity initiatives, and global HR program implementation—marking her as a versatile talent leader shaping modern organizational ecosystems.

Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
