Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Ravindra Yadav has been appointed as Head of Information Technology at The Vanity Case Group of Companies, India’s most diversified FMCG contract manufacturing organization. In his new leadership role, Ravindra will oversee enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across the group’s nationwide operations, ensuring robust technological alignment with business growth and innovation goals.
Before joining The Vanity Case Group, Ravindra Yadav served as Manager – IT at DyStar, where he led the IT organization for the South Asia region. His responsibilities included SAP support, digitization, network management, information security, vendor management, and end-user computing across multiple business units. Ravindra successfully managed local, regional, and global IT projects, working closely with the global IT team to implement automation and cost optimization initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and system reliability across DyStar’s textile, chemical, and leather divisions.
Prior to that, he worked with Dow Corning (later part of Dow Performance Silicones) as Leader – IT Operations, India, where he was responsible for comprehensive IT infrastructure management for all Indian operations. In this role, Ravindra led global IT initiatives, managed vendor negotiations, and contributed to long-term IT strategy and budget planning. His focus on process standardization and business process automation strengthened the company’s operational resilience and data governance systems.
Earlier, at Multibase India Limited, Ravindra served as Assistant Manager – IT, leading end-to-end IT operations and infrastructure administration, including SAP implementation, network connectivity, and business process digitization. He spearheaded several system modernization projects and liaised with global teams to align IT processes with international standards, ensuring maximum uptime and operational agility.
Ravindra’s early professional journey includes entrepreneurial experience as Proprietor of Ravisoft Corporation, where he managed software development, computer training, and hardware services, delivering customized software products for government departments and private enterprises. He also gained foundational industry experience as an EDP Coordinator at Atco Industries Limited and Instructor at Databank Institute of Computers, building strong technical and leadership skills early in his career.
