Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 – Ravivandan Vaja has started a new position as Associate Vice President – Human Resources (Group Head HR) at N.K. Proteins Pvt Ltd, strengthening the company’s strategic people leadership as it continues to scale across the edible oil and agro-processing sectors.
In his new role, Ravivandan will lead group-wide HR strategy, talent transformation, and culture-building initiatives, aligning people practices with business growth priorities. As Group Head HR, he will focus on driving high-impact HR governance, organizational effectiveness, and performance-oriented culture frameworks across corporate and manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining N.K. Proteins, Ravivandan served as General Manager – HR (Group Head HR) at Vishakha Group, where he led group HR functions across Corporate and PAN-India manufacturing units spanning renewables, solar glass, flexible packaging, metal, and plastic pipes businesses. He was responsible for overseeing HR strategy across diversified industrial verticals, strengthening workforce alignment with large-scale operational growth.
Earlier, he worked as AGM – HR (Global HR Head) at Scion International LLC, managing global HR operations for FMCG businesses in cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care. Before that, he held senior HR leadership roles at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Amanta Healthcare Ltd, leading both corporate and plant HR operations. His earlier tenure at Sundyota Numandis Group of Companies further strengthened his foundation in manufacturing-focused HR leadership.
With extensive experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, renewables, packaging, and industrial manufacturing sectors, Ravivandan brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and plant-level operational expertise to his new role.
