Reija Oksanen has joined The Upright Project as the Head of Talent & People.
Before her new role at The Upright Project, Oksanen was instrumental in shaping the HR function at Integrify ©, a tech company and coding academy known for its mission to assist international talent in starting their careers in technology. There, she played a pivotal role in building the HR function from the ground up, a highlight of her career that she fondly recalls as she transitions to her new position. While expressing gratitude to her colleagues at Integrify © for their collaboration, Oksanen looks forward to supporting her former team from the sidelines as they continue to innovate and grow.
Oksanen’s extensive experience spans several reputable organizations, including a role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Wolt, where she was responsible for optimizing recruitment processes, and a stint at McKinsey & Company, leading the recruitment efforts in Helsinki.
Her career also includes valuable HR and administrative experience at Kesko – K-Group and an HR Trainee role at Planmeca Oy, where she was entrusted with the responsibility for summer employees and assisted in various HR functions.
The Upright Project is known for its pioneering quantification model that measures the net impact of companies.
