Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Riddhima Bajaj has taken over as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Micromatic Grinding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (MGT). In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, workforce transformation, and culture-building initiatives across its multiple manufacturing locations, with a sharp focus on aligning HR with the company’s innovation-driven and sustainability-centered vision.
Before joining MGT, Riddhima Bajaj served as Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Pioneer Property Zone Services (ICS Realty Group) for over a year, where she led talent strategy and operational HR for a nationwide real estate services business.
Earlier, she had a successful six-year tenure at Anarock Property Consultants, growing from Manager HR to Assistant Vice President HR, where she played a key role in scaling HR operations, performance management systems, and cultural integration across the rapidly expanding firm.
Prior to that, she briefly worked with JLL India as Manager HR, and held HR leadership roles at Square Yards, Airwil Group, and Earth Infrastructures Ltd., where she contributed to employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR digitization in the real estate and construction sector.
She began her corporate career with Barclays and HCL, gaining experience in operational excellence and team leadership, laying a strong foundation for her later transition into strategic HR.
