Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, April 2025 – Darwinbox has officially announced the appointment of Rishi Jha as Vice President – Customer Success. In his new role, Rishi will lead the company’s global Customer Success and Key Account Management (KAM) teams, with a strong focus on delivering excellence in client retention, adoption, engagement, and expansion.

With over 25 years of experience in HR transformation, Rishi brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong track record in enabling organizations to maximize the value of their HCM investments. He has held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and Excelity Global, where he successfully led large-scale operations in multi-country environments. His strategic guidance and sharp execution have been instrumental in driving HR digitalization initiatives across APAC.

At Deloitte Consulting SEA, Rishi led HR Transformation initiatives with a focus on Shared Services and HR Tech, while at Alight Solutions, he served as Head of ASEAN and India, delivering impactful HR solutions for diverse client portfolios. His time at Aon Hewitt saw him spearhead the expansion of multi-country payroll services, building a significant business footprint across the region. Earlier in his career, he served in pivotal roles at Excelity Global, SHL India, Jobstreet.com, and Blow Plast Limited, sharpening his expertise in HR Shared Services, business development, and customer experience.

As Darwinbox accelerates its growth across India, Southeast Asia, MENA, North America, and other global markets, Rishi’s unique blend of consulting depth, sales leadership, and customer-centric mindset is expected to enhance client partnerships and deliver sustained value for enterprise customers.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
