Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Riteish Mishra has stepped into the role of Vice President – Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career in strategic hiring and human capital leadership. In this new role, he will be leading efforts to attract top talent in Technology, Product, and Leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with the company’s ambitious growth and innovation goals.
Before joining IKS Health, Riteish served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition at JSW One Platforms, where he was instrumental in building strong, scalable teams across multiple functions including engineering, design, product, and data science. His approach to candidate experience, analytics-driven recruitment, and ATS implementations has set benchmarks in modern talent acquisition practices.
Previously, he held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Tata CLiQ, leading hiring efforts for specialized roles across technical and non-technical domains. His earlier tenures at Reliance Industries, AstraZeneca, Melange, and i-tech solution helped him build deep expertise in recruitment, stakeholder management, training, and employer branding. Over the years, he has successfully closed numerous leadership-level mandates and led campus, vendor, and technology initiatives for hiring excellence.
