Alor Gajah District, Malacca, Malaysia, April 2025 – Rodzal Had has officially stepped into the role of Vice President – Human Resource and Administration at Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., bringing with him over two decades of diverse and hands-on HR leadership experience across major Malaysian automotive and industrial giants.
Rodzal will oversee all HR and administration strategies, including talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, and digital transformation of HR systems at Honda Malaysia, a company poised for growth in the region.
Over nearly 8 years at Proton, Rodzal served as General Manager, where he played a central role in HR operations during a period of transformative growth. Prior to that, he spent over 13 years with DRB-HICOM, leading HR Business Partner functions and driving initiatives in training, development, compensation, and industrial relations.
Rodzal’s early career included senior HR roles at Allied Hori Group, Mardec Berhad, and Allied Hori Sdn Bhd, where he established a strong foundation in benefits administration, recruitment, and strategic workforce planning.
