Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 – Rohit Agarwal has been appointed as Managing Director at Accenture, a global leader in consulting, technology, and digital transformation services. In this new leadership capacity, he will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering innovation-led growth for clients from Accenture’s Hyderabad office.
Before taking on his new role at Accenture, Rohit Agarwal spent over 13 years at TalentSprint, where he held multiple leadership positions across delivery and operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Delivery Officer, and prior to that, held key roles including Vice President – Operations, Senior Director, Director, and Manager, playing an instrumental role in business scalability and cross-functional execution.
Rohit’s professional journey at TalentSprint began in academic roles where he served as an Instructor and Senior Instructor, developing content and training programs in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. His early contributions included launching one of the first e-learning programs for competitive exams in collaboration with Airtel, as well as designing scalable academic operations across multiple cities.
Over the years, he was credited with driving several innovative training solutions, establishing operational best practices, and leading high-impact teams. His transition from a trainer to executive leadership exemplifies his strategic foresight, domain expertise, and ability to deliver outcomes at scale.
