In this elevated leadership position, Roshni will spearhead all people and culture strategies across Asia Pacific, driving HR transformation, talent development, and workforce alignment in a high-growth digital environment.
Roshni has been a key part of Razor Group’s HR leadership journey over the last four years, holding roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of HR – Asia Pacific, People & Culture Lead – Asia Pacific, and HR Lead – India. Her ability to shape people strategies and lead cross-regional initiatives has been instrumental in scaling Razor Group’s talent operations across diverse markets.
Before joining Razor Group, Roshni served as Senior HR Business Partner – International at Udacity, where she supported international teams and led strategic HR interventions to enable growth and capability building. Her earlier experiences include impactful roles as HR Business Partner at Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Jr. Executive – HR at Cognizant, where she gained deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
