Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 – Havells India Ltd, a prominent name in the FMEG sector, has announced the appointment of Rudrajit Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain. With over two decades of rich experience in supply chain leadership, Rudrajit takes charge of spearheading end-to-end operations, integrating advanced logistics systems, driving digital transformation, and ensuring sustainability across the value chain.
In his new role, Rudrajit will be responsible for optimizing Havells’ supply chain architecture while aligning distribution strategies with evolving market demands and customer expectations. His extensive experience in the FMCG sector, deep domain knowledge in logistics, planning, and large-scale transformation, is expected to significantly enhance operational agility at Havells.
Before joining Havells, Rudrajit Ghosh held a pivotal Zonal role at Nestlé Asia Oceania Africa, where he was responsible for driving future-ready logistics operations across 14 international markets. His focus on technology, sustainability, and continuous improvement earned him widespread recognition for strategic leadership in complex, multicultural environments.
Prior to his Zonal role, he served as Head of Distribution and Exim for the South Asia Region at Nestlé, overseeing a wide spectrum of supply chain operations including import-export, customer service, demand-supply planning, procurement, and distribution across multiple geographies. His seven-year leadership tenure in this role was marked by transformation, high service levels, and operational excellence.
Rudrajit earlier led Nestlé India’s Project Management Office for Distribution Network Redesign, implementing GST-driven supply chain transformation across the country. He also served as Head of Supply Chain for Eastern India, delivering significant improvements in S&OP integration, customer service, and logistics strategy.
His foundational years were shaped by key roles at ITC Ltd, where he led supply chain operations for Western and Eastern India, and ICI Paints, where he oversaw end-to-end planning and logistics in the Eastern region. He began his career at Emami Ltd, managing factory planning and central demand-supply functions.
