New York, United States, March 2025 – Ryan Carter has joined Hold Brothers Capital, LLC as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Sales. In this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies and driving sales initiatives, aligning with the firm’s growth objectives in the financial services sector.
Before joining Hold Brothers Capital, LLC, Ryan Carter was with Hamlyn Williams for nearly four years, where he held multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Compliance, where he played a pivotal role in managing compliance hiring strategies and fostering business growth. Prior to this, he was AVP of Talent Acquisition, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, progressively taking on larger responsibilities in recruitment and talent management.
Earlier in his career, Ryan spent several years in the education sector as an English Teacher at multiple institutions in Japan, including Japan College of Foreign Languages, Hampton School of English, Honmachi Junior High School, and Shoto Junior High School. His time in education honed his communication, leadership, and mentorship skills, which have greatly contributed to his success in the corporate world.
