New York, United States, November 2024 – Sage Reisner has been elevated to the role of Director – Performance Improvement, Talent, Organization & People Management at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). Sage’s new position will see her continuing to lead transformative efforts across industries, focusing on strategic planning, change management, organizational design, and employee engagement to drive impactful results for clients and the firm.
Sage has been an integral part of A&M for over eight years, steadily climbing the ranks with her exceptional contributions. In her previous role as Manager, she spearheaded organizational change initiatives, delivered human capital solutions, and managed large-scale technology program implementations. Her leadership extended beyond client work as a global co-leader of A&M’s Young Professionals organization, where she promoted learning, development, and philanthropy. She was also actively involved in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program.
Before her tenure as Manager, Sage served as Consultant and Analyst, honing her expertise in workforce planning, strategic communications, and organizational transformation. Her dedication and leadership were recognized with A&M’s 2019 Tiffany Alford Mentorship Award.
Her career began with internships in marketing, legal affairs, and quantitative research, including roles at Kelton Global, Inspired Beauty Brands, and the YMCA Retirement Fund. These early experiences laid the foundation for her analytical and people-focused approach to solving organizational challenges.
