Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2025 – Samar Srivastava has joined Dixon Technologies India Limited as Vice President (HRD & Administration), bringing with him over three decades of rich experience in human resources, industrial relations, and leadership development across major Indian and global organizations. In his new role, he will oversee HR strategy, organization development, and administrative excellence, supporting Dixon’s growth as a leader in electronics manufacturing and innovation.
Prior to joining Dixon, Samar served as Vice President – Human Resources at Havells India Ltd for nearly four years, where he led large-scale HR transformation and people development initiatives. He also played a key strategic role in fostering a people-centric culture aligned with business priorities.
Before that, he held the position of Chief People Officer at Huhtamaki PPL, leading HR across the organization during a crucial growth phase. His earlier role as Sr. Vice President – Human Resources at Jet Airways saw him managing HR for a global workforce across 78 stations, playing a pivotal role in aligning people practices with international business strategy.
Samar’s HR leadership journey includes impactful tenures at Crompton Greaves, Tata Ryerson, and Tata Steel, where he was responsible for HR strategy across manufacturing locations and international operations, CSR, industrial relations, and business excellence initiatives. Notably, he has also contributed to HR integration efforts across multiple joint ventures and global acquisitions.
He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, an MPhil from TISS, and has completed post-doctoral research in leadership transitions at Middlesex University. He also holds an MBA in Personnel Management & IR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Master’s Degree in Sociology.
