Doha, Qatar, January 2025 – Samer Ratrout has been named the Cluster Chief Financial Officer at Elegancia Group, a leading enterprise under Estithmar Holding, which operates across multiple sectors. With a track record of driving financial excellence, Samer is set to lead the finance strategy for Elegancia Group’s operations, ensuring robust financial planning and compliance while supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Samer has an extensive career in finance, spanning over 15 years in the Middle East. Prior to his new role, he served as Cluster Finance Director – Qatar and Saudi Arabia at Elegancia Group, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and implementing strategic initiatives for over three years.
Before joining Elegancia, Samer was Finance Manager at Al Jaber Engineering, where he enhanced regulatory compliance and optimized commercial finance operations. He also contributed as Corporate Budget and Financial Reporting Manager at Bin Omran Trading and Contracting Company, where he managed corporate-level financial planning and developed long-term financial models for nearly four years.
Earlier in his career, Samer held the position of Group Financial Reporting Manager at MASCO for over eight years. His expertise includes preparing consolidated financial reports, developing feasibility studies, and implementing financial models to drive organizational success. He began his finance journey as a Project Accountant at Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and a Team Leader at Standard Chartered Bank, where he honed his skills in financial analysis and leadership.
