San Francisco, California, United States, February 2026 – Salesforce has announced the appointment of Sanika Goleria as EVP, Global GTM Planning & Prospect to Cash Innovation, marking a significant elevation in her leadership journey within the organization.
In her new role, Sanika will lead global go-to-market (GTM) planning and drive innovation across the prospect-to-cash lifecycle, strengthening operational excellence and enabling scalable growth across Salesforce’s AI-powered CRM ecosystem.
Sanika has been with Salesforce for over nine years across multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Global Distribution Planning and Operations, where she drove strategic alignment across global distribution functions. Earlier roles at Salesforce include Vice President Strategy & Operations, AMER Verticals & Marketing Cloud, Vice President, Global Go-To-Market Planning and Execution, and Senior Director Global Business Planning (GTM Planning)—where she led large-scale planning, sales strategy, and execution frameworks supporting global revenue growth.
Between her two tenures at Salesforce, Sanika served as Vice President Global Sales Operations at Databricks, strengthening global sales infrastructure and operational rigor. Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Amgen, Arch Capital Group, American International Group (AIG), and Centre Solutions – Zurich North America, along with experience as a Management Consultant.
With deep expertise in GTM strategy, sales operations, business planning, and enterprise transformation, Sanika’s appointment reflects Salesforce’s continued focus on operational innovation in the era of AI-driven customer success.
