Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Sarjak Parekh has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Sales & Business Development at INA SOLAR (Insolation Energy Ltd). In this leadership role, he steps into a fast-growing renewable energy organisation at the forefront of India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem, where he will support strategic expansion, national market penetration, and enterprise sales growth across key segments.
Most recently, Sarjak served as GM – Sales at GREW Solar, where he spent nearly two and a half years leading large-scale sales operations, global account development, distribution channel management, techno-commercial negotiations, and strategic customer engagement across India and international markets. His experience in scaling solar businesses and driving competitive bidding strategies has significantly strengthened his ability to navigate the dynamic renewable energy landscape.
Before GREW, he was associated with Saatvik Group for close to half a year, where he operated as AGM – Sales. His contributions focused on new business development, distribution-led growth, project bidding, and expanding Saatvik’s channel presence across Western India. His strengths in customer management, strategic sales planning, and team leadership formed an essential part of his work during this period.
Earlier, he spent nearly three and a half years at Vikram Solar, where he excelled as Regional Sales Head. He was responsible for key account management, customer retention, GTM strategy, and channel distribution across a high-growth solar market. His strong foundation in sales strategy and partner-led growth was further sharpened here, enabling him to lead complex negotiations and drive consistent sales performance.
Prior to this, Sarjak spent around one year and four months at Fronius India, where he worked as Sales Manager and managed customer accounts, distributors, and sales strategy for Western India. He earlier spent more than three years at SMA Solar India, progressing from Sales Engineer to Sales Manager. His responsibilities spanned international business development, market research, product financial modelling, and technical support for solar inverter and storage technologies, supported by training at the SMA Solar Academy in Germany.
Sarjak’s early journey included impactful roles at First Solar GmbH, GIZ Germany, Häfele India, and Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd, where he gained exposure to product development, EPC operations, project management, international assignments, and technical-commercial functions—shaping a strong foundation in renewable energy markets, European market exposure, and global sustainability trends.
Sarjak holds a Post Graduation Programme in Business Administration from the Indo-German Training Centre, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Finance. His Indo-German education, combined with international exposure in Germany, strengthened his strategic thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and business development orientation across global solar markets.
