Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Senthilnathan Duraivelu has joined Wipro as Program Director, bringing with him over two decades of deep expertise in product engineering, embedded systems, team leadership, and program management across geographies and industries.
Prior to this appointment, Senthilnathan served as Director – Germany at SiriAB GmbH, where he led battery management system (BMS) software delivery across multi-site teams. He played a critical role in cultural integration, process improvement, and automation. He also led multiple turnkey subprojects across functional safety, cybersecurity, ASPICE, and ASIL-C qualifications, delivering high-value client solutions.
Before SiriAB, he had a 11-year tenure with Mirafra Technologies, where he progressed from Director – Embedded to Vice President. In these roles, he was instrumental in building new business units from the ground up, managing large revenue streams, and scaling engineering practices across embedded, enterprise applications, and mobility domains.
Earlier in his career, Senthilnathan held key project and program management roles at Symphony Teleca, Sasken Technologies, and Tech Mahindra, where he handled delivery of conformance test suites, embedded product design, and offshore teams for Tier-1 clients in telecom and automotive sectors. He began his career as an Engineer Trainee at ECIL, where he contributed to R&D systems for BARC Mumbai.
