Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Flipkart has announced the appointment of Sharon Pais as Business Unit Head – Flipkart Fashion, a strategic leadership move aimed at strengthening the company’s dominance in India’s fashion and lifestyle e-commerce sector. In her new role, Sharon will lead business strategy, category expansion, and brand partnerships for Flipkart Fashion, focusing on driving innovation, growth, and customer engagement in one of the platform’s fastest-evolving verticals.
With over 15 years of experience within the Flipkart Group, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy, category management, and digital growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling diverse business lines, building strong partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth across multiple consumer categories.
Before this appointment, Sharon served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Myntra, where she led overall business performance, overseeing category strategy, monetization, and growth initiatives. During her tenure, she successfully launched and scaled key categories such as Beauty, Home, and Personal Care, and pioneered initiatives like Myntra Rising Stars (a D2C fashion accelerator) and M-Now, Myntra’s hyperlocal delivery service. Her leadership was pivotal in shaping Myntra’s marketplace and consumer engagement strategies, driving its continued success in the digital fashion ecosystem.
Prior to Myntra, Sharon held several strategic roles at Flipkart, including Head of Women’s Apparel, Head of Home Categories, and Head of Loyalty and Travel, where she contributed significantly to the platform’s category growth and operational excellence. She began her career with Procter & Gamble, where she honed her expertise in sales, distribution, and trade marketing across India’s retail landscape.
