Before joining Prime Financial Group, Sharon served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Converge International, where she led financial operations, corporate governance, and strategic planning during a period of business transformation and expansion.
Prior to that, Sharon was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at BTC health, where she drove M&A initiatives, financial compliance, and operational excellence across its portfolio of healthcare and medical distribution businesses. She also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Symbion Pty Ltd, part of the EBOS Group, managing finance and strategic planning for one of Australasia’s leading healthcare distribution companies.
Earlier in her career, Sharon held senior finance roles at Acrux, Coles Group, Salmat, Hospira, Seven Network, Cadbury plc, and KPMG Australia, where she gained extensive experience across corporate finance, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation in sectors including healthcare, retail, and media. Her track record reflects more than two decades of success in leading finance functions for ASX-listed and multinational companies.
