Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, March 2025 – Sheel Jena has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Aloden LLC, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development efforts. With deep expertise in human capital management, resource planning, and HR consulting, Sheel will play a critical role in driving employee engagement and aligning HR initiatives with Aloden’s strategic vision.
Before stepping into this leadership role, Sheel Jena served as Delivery Head at Aloden LLC, where she managed HR consulting, global human resources, and delivery operations. She was instrumental in optimizing talent strategies and workforce solutions to drive business success.
Prior to her tenure at Aloden, Sheel took a career break for full-time parenting while actively engaging in freelance HR assignments and short-term consultancy projects, ensuring she remained connected to evolving industry trends.
Earlier, she served as HR Manager at Muvi.com, where she played a key role in building HR policies, streamlining operations, and supporting rapid business scaling. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning in the SaaS industry.
Before Muvi.com, Sheel held the position of HR Manager at Divensi Inc, a global IT services firm, where she was responsible for talent management, HR policies, and compliance. She also worked as Executive HR at Exilant Technologies and Senior HR Executive at Collabera, where she gained experience in IT recruitment, onboarding, and vendor management.
