Gauteng, South Africa, July 2025 — Shenrea Ramsahai has been elevated to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at POYNTING Antennas, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey with the company. She steps into this position after successfully serving as Group Talent Manager, where she led strategic talent initiatives across the organization.
With a total of over four years at POYNTING Antennas, Shenrea previously held the role of Human Resource Business Partner, supporting HR operations and transformation across business functions. Her contributions have been instrumental in building people strategies aligned with POYNTING’s growth and innovation trajectory.
Before joining POYNTING, Shenrea served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Transaction Capital Recoveries (Nutun) in Johannesburg. Over nearly five years, she played a key role in driving people-centric solutions and talent optimization in the financial services sector.
Earlier in her career, she held a legal advisory role at SEESA (Pty) Ltd for five years, where she advised on employment law and compliance matters. This unique combination of legal and HR expertise has shaped her leadership approach in managing complex people strategies.
Shenrea holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and brings a strong foundation in human capital development, employee relations, and HR transformation.
Her new role will focus on leading global HR operations and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth within POYNTING Antennas’ international workforce.
