Her work will focus on aligning talent initiatives with the organization’s mission of challenging limits and inspiring greatness, ensuring the IRONMAN brand continues to thrive as an inspirational force worldwide.
In her most recent role as Chief People Officer (Commerce) at Fanatics, Inc., Sheryl oversaw HR strategy, playing a key role in areas such as organizational design, global talent management, and change management. She contributed significantly to the company’s growth trajectory and strengthened its talent pool across the United States, demonstrating her expertise in building cohesive and high-performing teams.
Prior to Fanatics, Sheryl served as SVP of Global HR at Fanatics, where she was instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint through international growth initiatives and M&A activities. Her work contributed to employee engagement and established HR as a strategic partner in business operations.
Sheryl has also held the position of VP of Global HR (Direct to Consumer & Corporate Divisions) at Fanatics, where she managed global HR integration efforts, developed team-building programs, and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Her extensive tenure at Fanatics further includes her role as HR Director (International), where she played a vital role in integrating international teams into a unified structure, scaling operations, and nurturing a global workforce.
Sheryl’s experience is complemented by her time at Athena Alliance as a Member, where she supported women leaders in achieving impactful roles at the C-suite and board levels, expanding her influence in empowering leadership at scale.
