Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 — Syneos Health India Private Limited has appointed Shilpa Reddy as Executive Director, Global People Operations. With over 18 years of experience as a regional, APAC, and global HR leader, Shilpa brings a strong track record in talent management, HR automation, culture transformation, and organizational change management. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening global people operations, enhancing leadership capability, and driving a culture of excellence and innovation across the organization.
Before joining Syneos Health, Shilpa was India Head of HR at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, where she implemented strategic HR initiatives in talent management, culture building, and HR automation while serving as a trusted partner to business leaders. Prior to WaferWire, she spent over five years at Newfold Digital as Senior Director – Human Resources, where she managed HR across India and APAC, driving HR shared services, global HR strategy, and automation projects leveraging platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.
Earlier in her career, Shilpa held leadership roles at Softenger India Pvt Ltd., where she led HR functions across India and APAC, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, GCC builds, and organizational transformation programs. She also contributed to HR strategy and operations at Cuelogic Technologies (An LTIMindtree Company), Capgemini, and Vritti Solutions, where she worked extensively in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment.
Across her career, Shilpa has successfully driven large-scale HR transformation, led M&A integrations, and championed a culture of continuous learning and feedback. She is recognized for building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies closely with business outcomes, ensuring HR remains a critical driver of organizational success.
