Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 – Shree Harsha has been appointed as Senior Sales Director – Growth Industries at Dassault Systèmes India, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished 25-year journey with the French software major. In this newly elevated role, he will drive the company’s “Gen7 strategies,” focusing on high-impact sectors critical to India’s sovereignty and economic expansion, including semiconductors, green hydrogen, nuclear energy, and medical devices.
Over the past two and a half decades, Shree Harsha has built a multifaceted leadership career within Dassault Systèmes, beginning in 2000 as a consultant in Japan. He has since taken on progressively strategic roles spanning Automotive, Transportation & Mobility, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Logistics, and Global Business Services.
Most recently, he served as Business Strategy & Consulting Director – Financial Services & Logistics, where he played a pivotal role in bridging Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives with global logistics strategy. Prior to that, he held the role of Global Business Services Industry – Business Strategy Director, followed by a four-year tenure as Geo Leader – Director, India Marketing & Communication, Strategic Planning, where he strengthened the company’s positioning across key Indian markets.
Earlier in his career, Shree Harsha served as Global Business Consulting Director – Transportation & Mobility Industry, and as Industry Leader – Automotive Industry Solutions, contributing to digital transformation programs and product lifecycle innovations for leading automotive players. His leadership journey also includes roles as Solutions Architect – Manufacturing Portfolio, Senior Consultant – Global Competency Center, and Digital Manufacturing Consultant, reflecting deep expertise across digital manufacturing, simulation, product management, and solution consulting.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, he worked as an Application Engineer at Deneb Robotics, building foundational expertise in modeling and simulation technologies.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he completed Executive Education in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, and the Indian School of Business, where he pursued an Executive MBA in Manufacturing Engineering, Shree Harsha brings a rare blend of technical depth, strategic acumen, and cross-industry leadership.
