Over the years, Shrivats has played key leadership roles within the group, serving as Director at JK Organisation, Executive Director – Business Development at Udaipur Cement Works Limited, and Vice President – Market Development at JK Paper Ltd.. Across these positions, he has driven business transformation, market expansion, and strategic value creation, contributing significantly to the growth trajectory of the JK group’s diverse business portfolio.

At Udaipur Cement Works Limited, Shrivats was instrumental in business development initiatives that strengthened the company’s market position and fostered innovation within its operations. Earlier, during his tenure at JK Paper Ltd., he led several market development programs that expanded the brand’s domestic and international presence. His strategic acumen and leadership have consistently supported the JK Organisation’s mission of driving excellence across industries.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School Online and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Shrivats represents a new generation of leadership that combines strategic foresight with modern business sensibilities. In his new capacity, he will focus on steering JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. toward its next phase of growth, emphasizing sustainability, digital transformation, and customer-centric innovation.

His appointment underscores JK Lakshmi Cement’s commitment to fostering dynamic leadership that bridges the company’s strong legacy with a forward-thinking approach to business in India’s evolving cement and infrastructure sectors.
