Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 — Shruti Mishra has taken on the role of Head HRBP India at Vanguard India, where she will play a key role in supporting leadership to build and scale the India Global Capability Center with the right talent, strong people practices, and a high-performance culture.
In her new role, Shruti partners closely with senior leadership to enable organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with Vanguard’s global mission. Her mandate includes strengthening leadership capability, driving performance excellence, and ensuring the India GCC is positioned for long-term success through people-centric initiatives.
Shruti brings deep HR business partnering experience across financial services, technology, and global organizations. Prior to joining Vanguard India, she served as Vice President – HR Business Partner (Lead HRBP, Consumer Technology) at Wells Fargo, where she supported large technology organizations and senior leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, compensation governance, employee relations, and HR transformation initiatives, including AI-driven workforce insights.
Earlier in her career, she held progressive HRBP roles at Empower, supporting over 1,400 employees across operations and analytics, and at Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk), where she led employee relations and HRBP initiatives across India. She also spent several years at Infosys, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, performance management, mobility, and stakeholder engagement for large employee populations. Shruti holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, strengthening her foundation in strategic HR leadership.
