New Delhi, Delhi, India, September 2025 – Jagannath International Management School (JIMS) Kalkaji has announced the appointment of Sidharth Singh as Joint Director & Head – Corporate Relations. In this capacity, he will lead the Corporate Relations and Career Services Division, driving placements, student career readiness, and academia–industry collaborations across JIMS Kalkaji, New Delhi (PGDM programs) and JIMS Engineering, Management & Technical Campus, Greater Noida (B.Tech and other undergraduate programs). His mandate includes strategizing end-to-end placement processes, building strong corporate alliances, and enhancing employability through structured workshops, conclaves, industry visits, and student-focused training initiatives.
Prior to this, Sidharth served as Joint Director – Corporate Resource Centre at Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), where he managed the placement process for 14 colleges within the university system. Over a span of nearly three years, he designed recruitment strategies, established strong company partnerships, and mentored a large team to secure student opportunities across diverse industries.
Earlier, he held progressive leadership roles at Noida International University for nearly five years as Head of Training & Placement / Corporate Relations, where he successfully managed placement strategies for 11 institutions and built strong industry alliances. Before that, he was Director – Corporate Relations / Training & Placements at J.P. Group of Institutions, leading career services for management graduates and steering campus recruitment operations.
Sidharth also spent over three years at IIPM Dehradun, serving as Dean, where he was responsible for academic leadership, strategic planning, and external relations. His earlier career included leadership roles in training, placement, and corporate relations with institutions such as JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Info Edge India Ltd., and SHAPE HOME, where he honed his expertise in corporate engagement, student career services, and marketing.
Sidharth holds a PG Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), where he graduated with First Class. He also earned a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), equipping him with a strong foundation in business and management.
