Simran Nair has embarked on a new chapter in her illustrious career by joining Stem, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. Nair’s appointment comes as a significant addition to Stem, Inc., a company renowned for its innovative approach in providing clean energy solutions. With an impressive tenure that extends over two decades in the field of human resources, Nair’s expertise is expected to bolster Stem’s mission towards sustainable energy solutions.
Before her current role at Stem, Inc., Nair played a pivotal role as the Head of Human Resources at Hexagon Geosystems from July 2020 to April 2024. In her nearly four years at Hexagon Geosystems, Nair was instrumental in enhancing talent acquisition and retention, fostering multi-culture collaboration, and driving employee engagement through effective HR operations and compliance.
Prior to Hexagon Geosystems, Nair served as AGM – Talent Management and PMS at PEARL GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LTD (PGIL), where she managed a workforce of approximately 26,000 employees. Her responsibilities included HR budgeting, people planning, performance management systems, learning and development, and organizational development interventions, among others.
Nair’s experience also includes a significant stint at S&P Global, where she honed her skills in talent development and learning management, contributing to the organization’s learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
