Simran’s appointment marks a significant addition to Newmark’s leadership team, as the company continues to expand its property and facilities management portfolio in India. She is known for her ability to foster collaboration, elevate client experiences, and strengthen CRM systems to deliver tangible business value.
Before joining Newmark, Simran served as Regional Experience Director – India at CoreNet Global, where she led the transformation of the India Chapter into one of the association’s fastest-growing worldwide. Under her leadership, CoreNet India achieved record membership growth, expanded its sponsorship programs, and scaled its flagship India Conference to nearly 500 attendees. Her efforts also grew the Chapter Fund more than twentyfold, earning CoreNet Global’s India Chapter the “Chapter of the Year 2024” recognition among 40+ global peers.
Previously, she held the role of India Representative at the International Trademark Association (INTA), where she was instrumental in establishing INTA’s presence in India. She successfully drove a 160% membership increase, built strong partnerships with government and industry leaders, and positioned INTA as a key global association in the Indian intellectual property landscape.
Throughout her career, Simran has demonstrated a consistent ability to build and lead high-impact relationship ecosystems. Her deep understanding of client engagement, combined with her operational acumen, positions her perfectly to strengthen Newmark’s growth strategy in India’s fast-evolving real estate and facilities management sector.
In her new role at Newmark, Simran will lead business development and client relationship management (CRM) for the Property & Facilities Management vertical, driving customer engagement excellence and contributing to Newmark’s continued success in India’s dynamic market.
