Kwiecien’s career at Thermo Fisher Scientific spans over a decade, highlighting her extensive experience within the company. She began her journey at Thermo Fisher as an HR Analyst for Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, quickly advancing to a Senior HR Analyst role where she applied data analytics to enhance workforce decisions. Her adept skills in people analytics led to her promotion as a Senior HR Insights & Analytics Partner, where she was instrumental in developing data-driven solutions that bolstered business performance.
In June 2022, Kwiecien was named Director of HR Insights and Analytics, a role she excelled in by supporting C-level executives with visual storytelling and in-depth data analysis. Her work there paved the way for her subsequent role as Director of Consulting & Data Analysis in People Analytics, where she served from January 2023 until her recent promotion. In her current position, she is responsible for supporting enterprise projects, including HR AI program management, emphasizing her cutting-edge expertise in generative AI tools.
Before her tenure at Thermo Fisher, Kwiecien held a position as a Talent Specialist in the Greater New York City area, managing the temporary recruiting process for the Analytical Instruments Group. She was also a Talent Coordinator, where she developed recruitment tools and coordinated numerous hiring processes.
Her initial professional experiences included roles such as a Market Research Intern at J.D. Power and a Marketing and Sales Intern at Steve Parish Publishing Company, where she gained valuable insights into market analysis and sales strategies.
