Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 – Sneha Yadav has stepped into the role of Head – HR (People & Culture) at Asmara Group, marking a significant leadership milestone in her over 13-year HR career. In this newly elevated position, she will oversee the entire people and culture strategy of the company, driving initiatives in talent management, organizational development, DEI, employee engagement, and HR compliance across Asmara’s regional and global operations.
Sneha rejoined Asmara in April 2025 after a successful tenure at CottonConnect as Senior Manager – HR, where she was responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across DEI, policy formulation, grievance handling, salary benchmarking, and overall employee relations. Her work contributed significantly to aligning people practices with organizational goals while embedding a strong value-based culture.
Prior to CottonConnect, she spent over a decade with Asmara Group in various progressive HR roles. As Senior Manager – HR, she led key functions including performance management, compensation, strategic HR, policy design, and HRIS implementation. She previously held positions as Manager – HR, Assistant Manager – HR & MIS, and Management Trainee, where she played a critical role in HR standardization across multiple global locations and led impactful employee engagement and retention strategies.
Sneha began her early career with an internship at Beetel Teletec Limited, where she gained foundational exposure to HR operations and organizational culture.
