Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — S4Capital’s Monks has announced the appointment of Sonali Khanna as India Head – Business and Integration. In this role, she will collaborate with Ketan Desai, Managing Director, Monks India, to lead business solutions, integration strategy, and big-idea thinking. Her mandate includes strengthening Monks’ data, creative, media, and technology capabilities to drive growth, expand client partnerships, and scale integrated digital marketing solutions in India’s fast-evolving digital economy.
Khanna brings over two decades of leadership experience to Monks. She spent nearly 20 years at Lowe Lintas in senior positions including President and Branch Head – South, Executive Director, and Executive Vice President, where she managed key FMCG and fashion brands and global accounts such as Fair & Lovely, Clinic Plus, Clear, and Tresemme.
Before joining Monks, she began her career at Grey Group, working across Kolkata, Delhi, and Bangalore. There she gained broad exposure to telecom, media, and FMCG categories, which shaped her versatile approach to brand management and client engagement.
Her academic foundation includes an MBA in Advertising & Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), which has further supported her growth as a strategic leader in marketing and communications.
This appointment marks a significant step for Monks as it aims to elevate its integrated digital marketing offering in India, combining creativity, technology, and data-driven insights to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
