Mumbai, Maharashtra,India, February 2026 — Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has named Shruti Aneja as Lead – Agency Partnerships, reinforcing its strategic focus on deeper agency collaboration and accelerated revenue growth across its expansive network portfolio.
In her new role, Shruti will spearhead strategic engagement with advertising agencies, unlock new revenue streams, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Her mandate includes driving sales performance, enhancing client value, and delivering innovation-led solutions for advertisers — further positioning SPNI as a preferred and future-ready media partner.
Shruti has been associated with SPNI since 2014 and has steadily risen through the ranks over the past decade. Most recently serving as Associate Vice President, she previously held the role of Group Head, where she led high-performing sales teams across key channel clusters including Sony Hindi GEC (SET + SAB), Free-To-Air (PAL & WAH), and the English Entertainment portfolio (PIX, AXN, BBC Earth).
Across the Hindi GEC cluster, she drove integrated ad sales strategies and consistently outperformed targets, building strong brand partnerships and delivering content-first monetisation solutions. In the Free-To-Air segment, she played a pivotal role in repositioning FTA as a performance-led media choice, focusing on rural scale, GRP efficiency, and mass visibility. Within the English cluster, she strengthened premium positioning for PIX, AXN, and BBC Earth, unlocking new advertiser categories through insight-led storytelling and solution selling.
Earlier in her career, Shruti held revenue leadership roles at Times Network and Reliance Broadcast Network, where she built strong agency relationships, redirected advertiser spends through strategic positioning, and drove integrated multi-platform media solutions across television, radio, OOH, and on-ground activations.
With this elevation, SPNI further strengthens its agency-facing leadership as it continues to expand monetisation opportunities across entertainment and sports properties while delivering integrated brand solutions at scale.
