Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Sreekumar Kadavath has been promoted to Vice President, HR at Broadridge India. In this new role, he will continue to drive strategic people initiatives, elevate associate experience, and further strengthen the company’s human resources leadership.
Sreekumar joined Broadridge India in February 2024 as AVP and Head – HR Shared Services, where he built and led the company’s HR Shared Services hub from the ground up. He successfully transformed service delivery for more than 5,500 associates and played a pivotal role on the India HR Leadership team, focusing on people strategy, process innovation, and employee experience.
Previously, Sreekumar spent over 16 years at Dell Technologies, holding multiple leadership roles. As HR Consultant (Regional HR Site Leader), he was responsible for HR site strategy and governance for major Dell locations in Bengaluru, supporting a workforce of 16,000. He also served as a core member of the India Leadership Council, influencing enterprise-wide HR innovation and shaping people programs aligned with business growth and transformation.
Before that, he worked as Senior HR Advisor at Dell, where he led HR business partnering for Sales, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Functions across India, covering 6,000 employees and over 200 people leaders. He also spearheaded global change programs, M&A integrations, and leadership development initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee engagement at scale.

Earlier, as HR Advisor (Employee Relations Partner) at Dell, he focused on employee relations and compliance strategy, overseeing large-scale transitions for a workforce of over 12,000. He ensured legal compliance, smooth execution of divestitures, and positive employee outcomes during complex organizational changes.
Sreekumar began his HR career with Genius Consultants Limited in Chennai as Senior Executive – HR Outsourcing Operations, where he gained hands-on experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR operations. He later pursued an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, equipping him with strategic HR leadership expertise.
