Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — ANSR has announced the appointment of Srinivasan Sarvabhouman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate finance, investor relations, governance, and strategic transformation, Srinivasan’s appointment marks a pivotal moment in ANSR’s journey as it continues to scale its global capability centre (GCC) ecosystem. His expertise will play a key role in fortifying ANSR’s financial strategy, institutional governance, and long-term value creation initiatives.
Before joining ANSR, Srinivasan Sarvabhouman served as Group CFO at Sagility, where he led the company through a successful IPO, doubled its market capitalization within three years, implemented Workday for financial transformation, and built a high-performing finance organization. His strategic leadership and governance acumen were instrumental in aligning Sagility’s financial functions with the company’s growth objectives and public market expectations.
Earlier, during his nine-year tenure at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), Srinivasan held multiple leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Corporate Strategy & Business Controls, Global Head – FP&A, and CFO for the UK region. His contributions included ERP implementation, investor relations, and global budgeting and pricing strategies that enhanced operational performance and shareholder value.
He also served as CFO at Medi Assist, overseeing group-wide financial operations and implementing SAP-driven ERP systems, and held senior financial leadership roles at Sutherland, where he managed global finance operations across Mexico, the Philippines, and India. His earlier professional experience with Rajamani & Co. and Harita Finance Ltd. further strengthened his expertise in financial due diligence, audits, and corporate controls, building a comprehensive foundation for his career in financial governance and transformation.
As he steps into his new role at ANSR, Srinivasan is expected to drive financial excellence, reinforce governance standards, and strategically guide ANSR’s financial roadmap as it expands its global footprint across the GCC ecosystem.
