San Antonio, Texas USA — Stefanie Gaines has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Lucifer Lighting. With over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational management, Gaines is well-prepared to lead HR initiatives at the forefront of the lighting industry.
Before her current role, Gaines served as the Director of HR at StandardAero, where from September 2021 to April 2024, she led human resource operations across the company’s U.S. service centers and corporate offices. Her strategic initiatives focused on reducing attrition and strengthening employee engagement, significantly enhancing organizational alignment and growth.
Prior to StandardAero, Gaines was the Human Resources Manager at H-E-B from March 2020 to September 2021. Here, she managed HR functions during a critical period, helping navigate the company through the challenges of the pandemic with innovative safety and staff support strategies.
From January 2016 to March 2020, Gaines worked as the Senior HR Manager for Martin Marietta’s Cement Division. Her leadership was pivotal in developing HR strategies that improved operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
In her earlier roles, Gaines accumulated a wealth of experience managing HR functions for companies like Polk Mechanical and Cott Beverages, focusing on talent management, operational restructuring, and strategic planning.
