Stephanie also held leadership roles at Change Healthcare, where as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & Development, she expanded the OE&D team and implemented an internal talent marketplace with rapid adoption. Her innovative programs improved employee engagement by 11% and strengthened leadership pipelines through rotational programs and mentoring initiatives.
Her earlier roles at HCA Healthcare and Kohler Co. highlight her contributions to leadership development, curriculum design, and onboarding programs, which earned her recognition for driving measurable results in employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
