Chicago, Illinois, United States, August 2024 – Stephanie Mancuso has been appointed as the System Director, Talent Attraction at CommonSpirit Health. In this new role, Stephanie will lead strategic initiatives to attract top talent across CommonSpirit’s vast network of healthcare facilities, ensuring the organization continues to meet its mission of advancing health for all people.
Stephanie has been with CommonSpirit Health for over two years, initially serving as the Director of Talent Attraction and Partnerships – Mountain Region. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that significantly enhanced the recruitment process for the Mountain Region. Her efforts contributed to building strong partnerships and pipelines that aligned with CommonSpirit’s goals.
Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health, Stephanie spent over six years at SCL Health in various leadership roles within talent acquisition. As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, she led the system-wide recruitment efforts, focusing on improving sourcing strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and implementing innovative talent attraction methods. Before this, she served as the System Director of Talent Attraction & Sourcing and the System Manager of Talent Attraction and Sourcing, where she managed the recruitment teams and drove strategic sourcing initiatives that met the organization’s evolving needs.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie held key roles at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. As the Talent Acquisition Manager – Sourcing, Analytics, and Marketing, she led efforts in data-driven recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives that positioned Ochsner Health as a top employer in the region. She also contributed as a Workforce Planning and Analytics Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist, where she gained extensive experience in talent analytics and workforce planning.
