Steve joins The Hanover Insurance Group following an impactful career spanning over 28 years at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. During his tenure, he held various leadership roles including Industry Expert III – Health and Human Services, National Program Director – Social Services, Home Health Care, and Hospice, and Senior Underwriting Manager. He managed niche insurance portfolios exceeding $59 million in written premium, consistently maintaining strong profitability while innovating specialized insurance products for the human services sector.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Steve has been deeply involved in the nonprofit community. He continues to serve as Vice President at The Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields, Inc., where he has led initiatives promoting inclusion and character-building through sports for individuals with disabilities. His longstanding role as a Board Member at Therapeutic Recreation for the Disabled, Inc. for over 28 years further demonstrates his lifelong commitment to social impact and community development.
Earlier roles at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies include positions as Underwriting Manager, Senior Underwriter, and Team Leader, where he built strong relationships with independent agencies and spearheaded workflow automation and training programs that contributed to operational excellence.
