Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Battery Smart has appointed Subhadra Kashyap as Head – People and Culture, marking a key leadership addition to strengthen the organization’s people strategy and culture-led growth initiatives. In this role, she will support Battery Smart’s mission of scaling a high-performance, people-centric organization as the company continues to expand its footprint in India’s electric mobility ecosystem.
Prior to joining Battery Smart, Subhadra Kashyap served as Human Resource Director – India at Insurity, where she led India HR operations and people initiatives in a fast-growing technology environment. Before that, she spent several years at Nykaa, progressing through senior leadership roles in People and Culture and contributing to talent strategy, organizational scaling, performance frameworks, and culture transformation during a high-growth phase of the business.
Earlier in her career, she headed the HR function at SourceFuse Technologies as Director HR, overseeing performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee lifecycle management across multiple locations. Her broader experience includes HR leadership roles with organizations such as EMAAR MGF, Ajnara India Ltd., and the National University of Singapore, where she worked across performance management, HR policy design, employee engagement, and organizational development. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, bringing a strong academic foundation to her people leadership journey.
