Pune, Maharashtra, India – November 2024 – Sudhir Yashvantrao Varpe has joined Senwell Group Private Limited as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, where he will lead the company’s HR strategy and drive initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). With nearly 26 years of experience, Sudhir’s expertise will play a crucial role in advancing Senwell’s HR functions, supporting its continued growth in the technology sector.
Prior to Senwell Group, Sudhir was Chief Human Resources Officer at Supreme InfoTech Private Limited for over five years. During his tenure, he championed DEI initiatives, optimized HR policies, and streamlined operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of cost-saving strategies, compliance, and workforce engagement.
Before Supreme InfoTech, Sudhir held the position of Human Resources Director in Singapore, where he was instrumental in policy formulation, HR audits, and organizational development, helping elevate HR operations on a global scale.
In his earlier role at Hengtong Group, Sudhir served as Human Resources Director. Here, he facilitated various Greenfield projects, led new plant startups, and successfully implemented HRIS solutions, gaining recognition for his operational excellence and focus on employee learning and development.
Sudhir’s extensive experience also includes notable tenures at Valeo, Delphi, and Amtek Auto Limited, where he honed his skills in talent management, employee engagement, and compliance management, showcasing his versatility and commitment to driving positive HR change across diverse industries.
