Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Sugandha Sharma has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Publicis Global Delivery (PGD). In her new role, Sugandha will lead the company’s people strategy, organizational development, and employee experience across PGD’s global delivery footprint, contributing to the group’s culture-first and innovation-driven vision.
Prior to joining PGD, Sugandha served as General Manager – Employee Experience Practice at Cognizant, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and building human-centric HR solutions across geographies. Her tenure at Cognizant was marked by strategic consulting engagements and transformative experience design initiatives.
Before Cognizant, she was HR Head for India, Argentina, Spain, and the UK at DMI (Digital Management, LLC). In this multi-country role, she led regional HR operations and talent strategy, enabling workforce scalability and cross-border alignment through focused leadership and collaborative planning.
Sugandha’s earlier HR leadership roles at Wipro, where she spent nearly eight years, included HR Business Partnering for Cloud Infrastructure Services – Americas, and organization capability and development for the India region. She has also worked with Mastek Ltd and Patni Computer Systems, gaining deep experience in business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR transformation across technology organizations.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Sugandha also holds an MBA in Human Resources from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development, and a B.Com in Marketing from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
