Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Swati Bangera Sasihithlu has been appointed as the new Head- Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) at ICICI Lombard. Swati brings extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held significant positions in leading insurance and wealth management firms.
Swati has been with ICICI Lombard for nearly three years. Before her current role, she served as the Associate Vice President Human Resources at ICICI Lombard, leading various HR initiatives and strategies. Prior to this, she was with Bharti AXA General Insurance, now a part of ICICI Lombard, where she worked as the Associate Vice President-Human Resources, contributing significantly to HR operations and talent management.
Swati’s journey in HR includes her tenure at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd., where she served as the HR Business Partner – West for over five years. In this role, she was responsible for driving HR practices and business partnering in the Western region of India.
Before joining ManipalCigna, Swati worked at Religare Private Wealth as the Manager Human Resources and at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as the Assistant Manager – HR, where she played a pivotal role in HR management and development.
Swati began her career as a Trainee at Bharti Airtel Limited, gaining foundational experience in human resources.
