New York, United States, August 2025 – Tabitha Albright has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Silvercrest Asset Management, where she will oversee HR policies, people strategy, and organizational development for the firm’s U.S. operations. In her new role, Albright will be responsible for strengthening HR frameworks, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with the company’s client-focused culture.
Albright has been with Silvercrest Asset Management for nearly seven years, steadily advancing through multiple HR roles. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Officer and Legal and Compliance Associate, where she was responsible for compliance functions alongside people operations. Prior to that, she was HR Manager and Assistant Vice President, leading HR policies, compensation, and benefits initiatives, as well as onboarding programs. Earlier, she worked as a Human Resources Specialist, building expertise in HR systems, resume screening, and employee orientation programs.
Before joining Silvercrest, Albright worked at NADAP as an HR Generalist/Recruiter, where she handled full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and training programs. She also advised on pay and benefits and introduced structured development plans for employees.
Earlier in her career, she spent three years at America Works of New York, Inc., where she held roles including Senior Career Advisor/Interim Director and Career Advisor. There, she supported employment services for hundreds of clients, managed staff operations, delivered employment training, and consistently achieved higher-than-average job retention rates. She also gained early career experience as an Office Manager/Analyst at Atlas Environmental Lab Corp., an Assistant Park Ranger with NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, and various HR and administrative roles, which shaped her foundation in people management and organizational support.
