Detroit, Michigan, United States, November 2025 — Tatiane De Araujo has taken on the role of Director, Talent Management at AAM – American Axle & Manufacturing, a leading global automotive and mobility supplier. In this capacity, she will drive enterprise-wide talent strategies and leadership development initiatives, reinforcing AAM’s commitment to innovation, performance excellence, and global workforce capability.
Before joining AAM, Tatiane De Araujo served as Global Director, Talent Management & HR at TI Fluid Systems, where she reported directly to the CHRO. She led global enhancements in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, introducing a new rating scale and calibration model and conducting executive-level talent reviews for the top 300 leaders. Her leadership also extended to deploying a new Talent Acquisition module for the global HRIS, covering 20+ countries.
Previously, she held the role of Senior Director, Global Talent Management at IAC Group, where she was responsible for creating a Center of Excellence for talent management. In this capacity, she strengthened processes across talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and learning, establishing cohesive standards for global implementation.
Prior to that, Tatiane worked at ZF Group, where she held multiple senior HR leadership positions, including Senior HR Manager for the Americas CVS Division. She guided HR operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, integrating HR processes following the WABCO acquisition and supporting leadership team formation and DEI engagement initiatives. She was also recognized for aligning HR strategies with business objectives across multi-country teams.
Her earlier tenure at WABCO, spanning over a decade, saw her rise through various roles including North America Talent Management Leader and South America HR Talent Management Lead. She was instrumental in designing leadership academies, developing competency models, and executing global HR projects in Brussels, Germany, and the U.S., strengthening WABCO’s global HR framework.
Tatiane began her HR career at Valeo, where she served as HR Supervisor, leading HR functions for a workforce of over 400 employees. During her eight-year tenure, she implemented HR excellence programs that positioned Valeo among the best workplaces in Brazil, according to Exame magazine, and achieved ISO TS 16949 certification for operator training and quality standards.
