Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, July 2024 – Precision Aviation Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Taylor Dunkley as the new Head of People and Training. Taylor brings extensive experience in aviation management and a proven track record of ensuring operational excellence.
Taylor Dunkley has recently joined Precision Aviation Services as the Head of People and Training. In this role, Taylor will oversee the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives to ensure the highest standards of performance and safety within the company.
Prior to this, Taylor served as the Manager of Airports at Star Aviation Australia for 1.5 years. In this capacity, Taylor managed ground handling operations, ensuring that they were conducted safely, systematically, and efficiently. Before becoming Manager of Airports, Taylor was the Assurance, Investigation and Reporting Manager at Star Aviation Australia, where he led assurance and investigation processes for nearly a year.
Taylor’s previous roles at Precision Aviation Services include Airport Services Manager for 2.5 years, where he managed airport operations at Hamilton Island. Before this, he served as the Airport Operations Supervisor at Corporate Air in Brisbane for a year.
Earlier in his career, Taylor held various positions at Precision Aviation Services, starting as a CSO/Ramp Agent at Dubbo Airport and then moving to Newcastle Airport, where he eventually became the Newcastle Airport Manager. These roles equipped Taylor with comprehensive experience in ramp operations and airport management over a span of 4.5 years.
