Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – The Sleep Company has announced the appointment of Hemal Jain as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Hemal brings over 20 years of rich and diverse experience across FMCG, food tech, quick commerce, B2B enterprises and startup consulting. Her professional journey includes impactful stints with industry leaders such as Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Eternal, where she partnered closely with founders and CXOs, led large, high-performing teams and helped organizations navigate critical phases of growth.
Notably, Hemal has played a key role in driving businesses from high cash burn to sustainable profitability, while also contributing significantly to IPO and acquisition journeys, bringing both strategic foresight and operational rigor to the table.
What truly sets Hemal apart, however, is her philosophy on finance. She believes finance is not a function that steps in at the end, but a thinking partner from day one, one that enables sharper decision-making, builds resilient systems and creates long-term value.
“We are thrilled to welcome Hemal into The Sleep Company family.” said Priyanka Salot, co- founder – The Sleep Company. “As the company continues to grow, strong financial discipline and clear decision-making are essential. Hemal’s experience in building finance teams across large consumer and digital organisations, along with his ability to balance growth and control, will support The Sleep Company.”
As The Sleep Company enters its next phase of growth, Hemal’s leadership will be instrumental in strengthening financial architecture, supporting scalable innovation and ensuring that ambition is matched with discipline.
