New York, United States, September 2025 – Tonya Davis has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at AOM Infusion, marking a new chapter in her extensive career in human resources leadership. In this strategic role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s HR operations, talent strategies, and people-centric initiatives to support AOM Infusion’s continued growth across all 50 states.
Prior to joining AOM Infusion, Tonya Davis served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Brinks Home for approximately four years. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, she led multiple HR verticals including human resources operations, talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, and engagement. Her strategic contributions included co-developing the company’s people strategy, designing inclusive programs, supporting complex talent acquisition needs, and driving data-driven decision-making through talent analytics.
Before Brinks Home, she worked as Human Resources Director, where she further strengthened her operational and strategic HR expertise. Prior to that, she spent nearly three and a half years at AllianceRx Walgreens Prime as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager, where she led people initiatives and compliance across regions, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for process improvement, engagement, and talent development.
Tonya’s earlier tenure at Optum spanned over six years across multiple roles including Human Capital Partner and Regional Senior Director, Human Capital. She supported large-scale operations across ten sites in seven states, overseeing HR operations for over 9,000 employees. Her responsibilities ranged from executing large-scale workforce plans to leading cultural integration, driving employee engagement, and managing key leadership and change management initiatives.
She also held senior HR roles at Saxon Mortgage, Inc. as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, and Nestlé Waters North America, where she provided strategic HR support to managers and employees across Texas. These roles helped her develop a deep understanding of HR systems, benefits, talent development, and workforce planning.
